Business VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is the modern-day replacement for legacy, in-house phone systems that connect to the Public Switched Telephone Network — a.k.a. landline service. With VoIP, voice traffic travels back and forth through a company’s network and the internet, alongside text, video, and other audio traffic.
